What is F3
F3 is short for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. The F3 Core Principles are: Free of Charge, Open to all Men, Held Outdoors, Peer Lead, Ends with Circle of Trust
What to Wear
The workouts are always outdoors so dress accordingly. If you have model soft hands like George Costanza, we recommend bringing a pair of lightweight gloves.
How to Get Started
Just show up. If this will be your first workout, be assured that you will be welcomed. Feel free to modify any workout suggestions to meet your current fitness level. We all must start somewhere, and nobody will make you feel less than. We look forward to see(ing) you in the gloom. (SYITG).

About Us — F3xT Shared Leadership Team
The Nantan is the Q of a region. If there’s a problem, he solves it. He cheerleads the region and is the primary telegram line to the F3 Nation.
He shakes the weasels and makes sure everyone’s doing what they are supposed to do. He loves spreadsheets, rules and details. He keeps ear to the ground and finger on the pulse of the PAX.
Ensures the smooth running of the AOs. He makes sure that Site Qs are doing their jobs. He helps to plan and execute CSAUPs. He holds regular Q Schools to encourage leadership of workouts. He is the Chief Naysayer on anything that doesn’t allow PAX to be “Freed To Lead”
Life of the F3 Party. Whether it’s a barbecue, picnic, cigar night or Coffeeteria, this is the guy who makes it happen.
He understands the needs and wants of his PAX. Can plant anything from an open discussion group to a regular community service opportunity for PAX. His role is the essence of F3. He is the male COMMUNITY leader.
Keeps the PAX connected. Beats the drum to keep the community together. Chief announcement dude and social media maven. Twitter (X), Slack, Facebook, Instagram, Website, Newsletters, etc., are the tools of the job. They are reasonably tech-savvy and does not support the Oxford comma.
All about expansion and retention. BFF’s with the Weasel Shaker to keep stats and geographies top of mind. He seeks out, tests and launches new AO’s. He recruits, champions, leads, plants, taps a site Q and steps aside seeking new land to plant new AO’s.
Creates a culture of Q Source across the region. Helps create a culture of continued acceleration. Desire and ability to visit the AOs of the Region and form relationships with PAX. Partners with Site Qs, Comz Q, and Rucking Q to promote Q Source. Part of the 3rd F leadership team and has the ability to build out Q Source SLT. Has a presence on the F3 Nation Slack Channels to collaborate and share best practices.
Often more technology savvy than Comz Q. Ability to manipulate WordPress, HTML, and sometimes SQL to serve data needs of the group.
The Site-Qs are F3 ambassadors. Every man’s 1st impression of F3 will likely be guided by the work of these men. Makes sure the core principles are kept intact, which is impossible to do, if HE ISN’T THERE. Must BE THERE every time. Period. He plants the flag for the AO and makes folks feel welcome, ensures the disclaimer is correctly spoken if FNG are present, picks up the 6, etc.. He manages the safety for the site (don’t post in a lightning storm, that sort of thing). He champions the Q schedule. Practices voluntoldism. He sells the AO, the Qs and the Mission of F3. He harasses Qs to write BBs, etc..
