Good ruck this morning. Sorry for the late backblast, the Band website is now banned at work… some of this backblast is based on true events.

We went 2.36 miles in 41 minutes. No mutts today so we are getting the cold nose from them. Coach K had to endure some talk about nannies between Icebox and I. Vanderbilt looks like they might lose their College World Series game tonight so Coach K might be in good spirits tomorrow. We made fun of Camp Gladiator some for cancelling their workout and I thought it would be nice to invite a girl who showed up to CG to workout with us. Sally quickly shot that down and reminded us of the 4 (or 5?) tenants of F3.

THA THANG:
2.54 Mile Ruck in 54 Mins (with a little bit of accidental overtime). It was tough to get out of the fart sack this morning but definitely worth it. QIC tried to come up with an excuse to go directly to Dallas Diner but AlrightAlright was there to call him out. Remember our workouts are held rain or shine, heat or cold.

We initially waited on BOOMER to show up because he Emoji-ed my post but he was nowhere to be found. Ina brought a level of professionalism to MRM with an actual rucksack in order to prep for a week long camping trip (where he might or might not shower the whole time). Cash and Tango looked as though we were going to have to carry them up that last hill. AlrightAlright had thoughts of another Barkley Marathon, Ultra preemptively called in sick without missing a beat.
