MOLESKIN: Discussion about rain, weather forecasts and sideways rain since the patio was very wet and limited the exercises…we learned a lot about the FNG and how names were given. We were all surprised that Oatmeal wasn’t familiar with Stingray’s origin, but were equally surprised of Oatmeal’s origin. YHC’s Upset Special was also discovered at the end of the workout…peck em Eagles, peck em!
CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM: YHC prayed us out, and asked for strength this week.
MOLESKIN: Some talk about soreness in groins, hips and calves after the 4x4x24; focus on shifting from running to rucking in preparation for TX Independence Day. There may have also been some chatter about attendance being light this morning, probably due to the windy conditions. YHC also spotted a coyote before starting, which provided an extra reason to stay alert.
CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM: YHC prayed us out and encouraged all to pray for strength this week, in anything they do.
MOLESKIN: PAX were impressed with the amount of sweat the Slippy generated in the sub-40 degree temps while clipping a ~7:15 pace. Draper was pleased that the six pickup wasn’t too far and was able to keep Avril and YHC in his sights.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM: YHC prayed us out asking us to be better husbands, fathers, co-workers, friends, family, etc. and prayed for a quick end to COVID and new normals to resume.
MUMBLECHATTER: Good mumblechatter throughout, PAX were given a quick history lesson on Hershel Walker, the greatest running back in college football history and should have learned what his jersey number was while playing at UGA. His workouts were primarily abs and pushups, which was also incorporated.
