Some talk about soreness in groins, hips and calves after the 4x4x24; focus on shifting from running to rucking in preparation for TX Independence Day. There may have also been some chatter about attendance being light this morning, probably due to the windy conditions. YHC also spotted a coyote before starting, which provided an extra reason to stay alert.
