Had 4 PAX show up for the #DEACONbeatdown. YHC had to add DEMON on the fly because all PAX finished DEACON in record time. YHC was happy to see a kotter out this morning after months of badgering. We spent some time today talking about bourbon and getting out of town to see a landscape other than Dallas. An exercise that got the PAX excited and brought on some chatter was the One Legged Burpee.
