More Finalized Texas Independence Day Itinerary

After a weekend full of discussions we have a more finalized itinerary for the #CSAUP event on March 2nd.  We still need a name for it, and to decide if we will do shirts or patches.  Here’s the gameplan:

  • Launch from Reverchon Park at 0700
  • Workout at Reverchon 0700 – 0730
  • Run to Glencoe Park (3.5 miles) 0730 – 0805
  • Workout at Glencoe 0805 – 0835
  • Run to Burleson Park (1.5 miles) 0835 – 0850
  • Workout at Burleson 0850 – 0920
  • Run to Caruth Park (1.3 miles) 0920 – 0933
  • Workout at Caruth Park 0933 – 1003
  • Ruck to Reverchon Park (4.9 miles) 1003 – 1133
  • EndEX Reverchon Park 1133
  • Walk .4 miles to Katy Trail Icehouse for #SecondF celebration with M’s, 2.0’s and Mutts, CBD’s can join also (get this on your M’s and CBD’s calendar now).
  • Workout Totals: 6.3 miles of running, 4.9 miles of rucking, 120 minutes of boot camp
  • First Name Nomination:  The Maverick 18k

This is supposed to be hard.  Start training now.  Invite friends.  People do stupid things like half marathons all the time.  This will be even more fun.
