THA THANG:
Mosey to the bridge and begin BLIMPS on one side, run across bridge and repeato. 

  • 5x Burpees
  • 10x Lunges
  • 15x IST’s
  • 20x Monkey Humpers
  • 25x Plank Jacks
  • 30x Squats (never made it this far)

All exercises are progressive on each side of the bridge. PAX planked while waiting on the six throughout the workout before beginning next exercise.

MOLESKIN:
There seemed to be a bit of déjà vu when YHC announced the routine.  I’ve never been above “borrowing” a workout if it’s effective!  There was a little mumble chatter upon gathering at each end of the bridge.  YHC still has not perfected the art of counting normally, which elicited comments given my professional line of work.
